A bit of a migraine today, so just something short to keep up with the daily posts. Lovely flowers from a garden in Lytel Creek, California.

Brent Kryda: I am a botanist and former Catholic clergy with an interest in geography and history. I am a Canadian citizen living in the United States and a regionalist who believes in and promotes greater ties between Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Our continent is a particularly blessed region that shares common interests and a common history (albeit with diverse roots). The goal of my blog is to educate residents of these three nations about their continent and assist in a desire to explore and truly love their shared landmass. The bias of my particular viewpoints (everyone has biases) stems from personal political opinions that fall mostly slightly left of center. Finally, I am fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Latin, so feel free to comment or ask questions in these languages (though I doubt I will see much in Latin).
